The Tarasca
Popular festivals in carnivals that date back to the 16th and 17th centuries. La Tarasca runs through the town threatening people who don't dress up in Carnival. La Curra and El Comarrajo, other characters in charge of disturbing the tranquility of the neighbors.
Bower of the Church of San Pedro
Traditionally, young people were the ones who raised the branches to San Pedro during the early hours of the 29th. But today, anyone who wishes can come and do the branching.
