Picturesque town that stands out for its location, conservation and hospitality. Proof of this is the "Castilla y León Beautification Award" received in 1991.
Points of interest
Remains of the 10th Century Castle sitting on a natural sandstone rock cliff, you can clearly see where the external wall sat. Anthropomorphic tombs are preserved on the ground and in their center there is a cistern well.
Jurisdictional Roll: in the center of the town is the pillory, composed of an octagonal pillar on five circular steps. The main streets of the town start from this Plaza del Rollo, where you can still admire good examples of mountain houses.
